I have had a charity bag put through my door, supposedly from Troop Aid, for collection on Tuesday. Troop Aid looks like a good charity to support, se their web site http://www.troopaid.info/ However if you look at the bottom of this page it says TROOP AID is not associated with any other company collecting unwanted clothing. Should you receive a bag with either D & P Textile Co Limited or M P Global Co Limited then please inform your local Trading Standards or the Police.
the bag I received is marked MP Global Trading Company Ltd.
I have contacted the Police and emailed trading standards trading.standards@derbyshire.gov.uk
Suggest anyone else with these bags do the same and don’t put anything in for collection.
