As you are aware Barlborough Parish Council are being investigated by the Freedom of Information Commissioner for failing in their duty to supply members of the public with copies of council minutes and accounts. Whilst the investigation is taking place would it be possible for members of the public who attend the Parish Council meetings to forward copies of the minutes so they can be published on line?
Name and address supplied
What a great idea, if anyone attends the Parish Council meeting and would scan the minutes and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org we would be happy to publish them so ALL the village can see what they are hiding. Obviously the names of the person sending the information would be kept confidential.
